What is the Shunt circuit?

• The circuit pattern in PWB which is designed in the specific shape in order to have its internal resistance as per customer specification
  
  
  

Overview of Shunt Circuit Product.

• Shunt circuit process was conducted since year 1995 by CKL’s Engineering team and initially started mass-production in year 1996.
• Starting from the first order of mass-production until now, CKL has produced the reliable shunt circuit products and supplied to customer around 331,200 ft2  in total.
• Shunt Circuit Product was already registered patent in Thailand (Department of intellectual property) and also being registered in China, USA and EU.

Product Application and Major Function

• Most of Shunt circuit PWB is used for “Control switch of Power window”

• Cost saving : No need to use resistance component or wire jumping shunt circuit

• Be able to withstand for high power (WATT)
• Reduce PWB space
• Reduce PWB weight
• Reduce processing time in assembly line.

Product Specification

• Minimum circuit resistance  “ 5 mW +/- 10% ”
• Maximum circuit resistance “ 30 mW +/- 10% ”
